Prof. Dr. Orivaldo Pimentel Lopes Júnior is engaged in the creation of sustainable ideas and plans, in which he has been applying research and situational analysis tools in his work with the aim of promoting the beneficial impact for users and the environment.
He is an theologian (Faculty of Theological Baptist of São Paulo) and a Master’s in Social Sciences (Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte). In addition, he holds a PhD in Social Sciences (Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo). He did a Post-Doctorate at the prestigious Universitá degli studi di Padova / Italy.
He is also part of the Leadership Group, as well as being in the coordination of the Platform Our Common Future of Humanitas – Institute of Integrated Studies.
Along with this, he has been giving workshops, lectures and courses that address the theme of sustainability in its various scales, from combating different forms of pollution to the propagation of attitudinal change by the academic community, in relation to environmental issues. in our lives.
Prof. Dr. Thiago Chellappa is an enthusiastic person in the forms and applications of solutions for sustainable ideas and plans, and has been working through scientific experiments, tools and products with the project of seeking improvement for people and our planet.
He is an Industrial Designer (Federal University of Pernambuco) and a Master in Materials Science and Engineering (Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte). In addition, he holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering (Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte). He did a Post-Doctorate at the prestigious Boston University / United States.
He is also part of the Leadership Group, as well as of the Vice-Coordination of the Platform Our Common Future of Humanitas – Institute of Integrated Studies.
In addition, he has been conducting symposiums, video conferences and extension actions that mention the main topic and the application of improvement concepts, aiming at sustainability in its various shades, from the discovery of new biomass mixtures to the use of new materials by scientific community in relation to day-to-day laboratory sustainability practices.

Heitor Matallo Junior: Sociologist. Specialized in Epistemology and History of Science at Unicamp. Specialization in Analysis and Evaluation of Environmental Projects by IPEA-BsB.
Member of the United Nations Ad Hoc Panel on Desertification Indicators.
Consultant to the Government of the State of Pernambuco for the implementation of the State Program to Combat Desertification. He has given numerous lectures at national and international institutions, including Ben Gurion University of Negev, Arizona State university, International Development Reseacrh Institute in Canada.
He is also part of the support team of the coordination of the Platform Our Common Future of Humanitas – Institute of Integrated Studies.
Prof. Dr. Judith Hoelzemann has a degree (undergraduate and master’s degree) in Geophysics from the University of Cologne, Germany (2001).
PhD since 2006 by the “International Max Planck Research School on Earth System Modeling” (IMPRS – ESM) at the Max Planck Institute of Meteorology in Hamburg and by the University of Hamburg (Dr. rer. Nat. – PhD in Exact Sciences and the Earth “), Germany FAPESP post-doctorate from 2006-2010 at the National Institute for Space Research (INPE) in Brazil, at the Weather Forecast and Climate Studies Center (CPTEC) (2006-2008), as well as at the Earth System Science Center (CCST) (2009-2010).
